Lunches and dinners are served from 11 am to 11 pm by prior arrangement, alfresco on a shaded terrace or in the elegant dining room furnished with original art deco pieces by French designer Jules Leleu. Menus featuring seasonal ingredients are elaborated by La Maison Bleue’s chef. International and Oriental cuisine comes with a light and colorful touch in keeping with the summery seaside ambiance and makes the most of the products of the land and sea depending on fresh arrivals. Indulgent European and Egyptian breakfasts are served on request in guest rooms, on the terrace, or in the dining room.
The well-stocked pool bar is open from 10 am to 12 midnight or until the last guest leaves. Plush sofas and daybeds overlooking the swimming pool welcome patrons in a light and breezy atmosphere. Behind the counter, skilled barmen deploy their modern mixology talents and shake up cocktails named after zodiac signs. Fresh lemonade and fruit juices, homemade syrups and limoncello, and an extensive selection of herb, fruit, spice, and flower bitters provide an original note. Local wines and imported champagnes complete the offerings. Finger foods in the form of Cypriot, Lebanese, and Egyptian mezze are also served.
